MYRATHEN reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
Due to the customized nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified in the individual contract.
In cases where MYRATHEN is unable to deliver agreed services due to internal limitations, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion.
MYRATHEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within 14 days.
Upon termination, outstanding payments become immediately due, and any licensed materials remain subject to agreed usage terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which MYRATHEN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
